Louis Quinones
Interim Executive Director
Louis Quinones is a nonprofit leader, community advocate, and youth mentor with over a decade of experience creating impactful programs for youth and families across New Jersey. As the Founder and CEO of Community Lifestyle in Hoboken, Louis has led the development of free programs focused on youth development, literacy, recreation, leadership, and community engagement, serving thousands of children and teens each year. Known for his grassroots leadership style and passion for building strong community partnerships, Louis has worked closely with schools, local government, nonprofits, and businesses to create safe and supportive opportunities for young people. His work is driven by the belief that every child deserves access to quality programs regardless of financial background. Louis brings a hands-on, relationship-focused approach to leadership and is passionate about strengthening organizations through collaboration, transparency, and community connection.

Debbie Wilczek
Bookkeeper
Debbie started working at Murray Grove as our bookkeeper in January 2017. She is a graduate of College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. Debbie worked in public accounting for 12 years before taking time off with her son. She has two children, and lives in Forked River surrounded by many animals, including chickens and ducks.

Mike Parker
Handyman
Mike Parker was born & raised in Toms River area. He was a Foreman/Asst. Manager at Fairwinds Farm in Cream Ridge, NJ, a standardbred breeding farm for 18 years. He received certification (Landscape Management Course OCVT) and started a landscaping business in 1995 which currently provides landscape services to many adult communities. He also owned “Peace of Concrete” a custom concrete statuary business for 12 years.

Raymond Viscito
Facilities Manager
Ray joined the Murray Grove team in 2023 as our new Facilities Manager. Before coming to Murray Grove, Ray was a Corrections Officer until he retired. He is a loving father to three children. We look forward to the continued improvements to the Murray Grove grounds and facilities that Ray will bring!
Kathy Hermansson
Head of Housekeeping
Kathy has been our housekeeper for many years. She has the eye of a designer and the touch of an artist in her ongoing effort to make the place ever more attractive and welcoming in its simple, homey way, with each passing day. Kathy has a deep love for Murray Grove and is a valued employee.
