Meeting Spaces

Our five indoor meeting spaces provide a range of options for your gathering or event. We host family reunions, business, spiritual, or non-profit programs and events. We host weddings and ceremonies. You can also attend one of the regularly scheduled events that our expert staff organizes.

Our campus also provides ample outdoor meeting space.

Lodge Fireside Room

Fireside Room in the Lodge

The Fireside Room is in the climate controlled Lodge. It is filled with comfortable furniture for get-togethers and meetings, with a large fireplace and cozy lounging areas.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room is adjacent to the Fireside Room in the Lodge and has comfortable seating for 48-60 people.

The Cone House

The free standing Cone House, freshly renovated, affords additional meeting space for large or small groups.

Screen House

Our outdoor Screen House is a screened-in building located behind the saltwater pool.  A variety of events such as: baby/bridal showers, family gatherings, kids camps, workshops, vendor space for fund-raisers, and parties have been held there in warm weather. It can be set up with tables and chairs or open for dancing.

Breakout Rooms in the Guest Houses

The Weakley Guest House has an informal living room-style meeting space and the Friedrich Guest House is set up with tables and chairs. Breakout rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pots for your convenience.
