We welcome people of all faiths/no faith, all genders, orientations, and backgrounds to extend the commitment of their love in our peaceful surroundings.
If you are having a wedding, commitment, vow renewal, or hand-fasting ceremony, you will find we are an affordable, open, and welcoming venue near the Jersey Shore. Our rustic chic 20-acre campus nestled in the Pine Barrens is conveniently located 90 minutes from both New York City and Philadelphia and 45 minutes from Atlantic City.
Murray Grove can accommodate ceremonies as intimate as 12 and as large as 60 indoors, up to 150 outdoors. Your ceremony can take place in our outdoor chapel or any other area you fall in love with on our grounds. Booking a weekend wedding gives you the ease of having your ceremony, accommodations, and catering all in one convenient location.
Our friendly and professional staff can assist you with ceremony officiating, menu selections, guest lodging and more – we’re here to help! Due to our purposely natural and simplistic surroundings, we are able to provide you value for your money while still offering a beautiful, deeply meaningful wedding or commitment experience.
Ceremony Venues
We offer an all-inclusive indoor or outdoor venue. For outdoor ceremonies our Moon Arbor is a favorite for many of our guests. The adjacent berm is surrounded by a calming wooded environment. We will consult with you regarding the use of an outdoor canopy to dance the night away.
We also have a beautiful stadium-sized lawn to put up tents for special events and most couples that hold their wedding here utilize the screen house in some way. It’s a favorite!
Our labyrinth is another outdoor option for any type of ceremony. Labyrinths are a way to quiet the mind, recover a balance in life, and can help with stress reduction. Labyrinths appeal to people as a non-denominational, cross-cultural blueprint for well-being. Imagine renewing your vows in this grounded space or just walk the labyrinth while you are here.
Some guests prefer a smaller indoor ceremony which can be conducted in our Lodge Fireside Room or The Cone House. Think of committing to one another before a romantic blazing fire in either of one of these locations.
Dining and Catering
Our on-site professional chef can prepare a meal worthy of your memorable occasion. We can design a menu based on your food preferences and budget. Tents may be rented to increase capacity.

Lodging
Our two guest houses can accommodate up to 40 people in European hostel-style rooms with twin beds. Except for the honeymooners; they have a special room and bathroom.
We also offer rustic campsites around a communal fire pit accommodating up to 35 people with a newly renovated water closet. Click here to view the campground.
Something for the Whole Family
Our grounds feature 20 wooded acres with multiple gardens, an in-ground salt-water pool (in season), an eleven-circuit labyrinth, children’s play area, a large open field, and numerous walking trails in the connecting wildlife preserve.
Enjoy getting back to the simple things in life such as sitting around the campfire, roasting marshmallows, telling stories, and playing music at one of our two fire circles. Maybe you would enjoy taking a nap in one of the hammocks located in different spots around the campus. There is beauty in simplicity and we honor that.
